This listing is for our 3" diameter by 1-1/4" wide Total Locking Plate Caster with our hard rubber wheel. The wheel is a hard rubber material that is a one-piece design and is very durable and impact resistant. Total locking brake allows you to simultaneously lock the swivel raceway and the wheel with the simple press of our metal brake pedal.
