EXTREME CUSHIONrubber wheels are nearly as resilient as pneumatic wheels all while eliminating any maintenance problems caused by air-filled tires. The absence of air in the tire eliminates the risk of a flat tire. EXTREME CUSHION rubber caster wheels are known for their impact and noise absorption and shock absorption capabilities. They have an extra thick soft rubber tread bonded to a thick noncorrosive aluminum wheel core. We recommend the casters with gray soft rubber tires because they are a non-marking material, unlike air-filled pneumatics which contain black carbon in the rubber which can leave marks if the swiveling action is prevented from fulling turning in return could cause the wheel to drag on the floor instead of rolling leaving black marks.
