This listing is for our 4" diameter by 1-1/4" wide Total Locking Plate Caster with a polyurethane wheel. The wheel is made of a Black polyurethane tread wheel that is non-marking and chemical resistant. Total locking brake allows you to simultaneously lock the swivel raceway and the wheel with the simple press of our metal brake pedal. Total Locking Casters are the most secure type of locking casters because they allow your cart or equipment to become completely stationary when the brakes are engaged.
