Fifteen CasterHQ sets built to drop into the legs of kitchen prep tables. The body text on most of them notes that many prep tables, including Advance Tabco models, use 1-1/2 in inside diameter leg tubing [S1]. Measure your own leg before ordering, because a 1-3/8 in tube needs the one set built for that size.

A total lock brake locks both the wheel and the swivel raceway at once, so the table cannot roll or spin on its leg [S1]. That matters on a prep table that gets leaned on while cutting. A wheel lock only stops the wheel from turning. Mixed sets with two braked and two plain casters cost less and are enough for tables that are moved and parked against a wall.

Most prep tables on this page use 1-1/2 in inside diameter leg tubing, and most sets here fit that size. One 3 in set is built for 1-3/8 in tubing with an expanding adapter.
Not all of them. The gray TPR sets and one 3 in locking set list stainless steel frames. The rubber total lock sets, the plain 3 in gray sets and the polyurethane sets list zinc-plated steel.
The brake locks both the wheel and the swivel, so the caster cannot roll or turn while the brake is on.
Listed ratings are 1,400 lb per set of 4 on the 3 and 5 in sets and 500 lb per caster on the 4 x 1-1/4 in polyurethane sets. Some 4 and 5 in sets have no rating listed.
