All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.

Retail casters move display racks, store fixtures, gondolas, and stock carts across polished retail floors, where appearance, non-marking tread, and smooth quiet rolling matter to the customer experience. Most retail fixtures use light to medium-duty stem and plate casters with soft poly tread and floor-protective designs; stockroom carts step up capacity. CasterHQ stocks fixture, display, and floor-protective casters plus stockroom and hand-truck options, priced and shipping same day from Texas.

Retail is a showroom, so we spec for the customer floor, not the stockroom. Soft non-marking tread on the sales floor protects polished concrete and terrazzo, and low-profile designs keep fixtures looking planted rather than perched on casters. Save the harder, larger wheels for the back-of-house restock carts.

Our team specs retail environment casters by load per caster, floor and environment, mount, and any compliance the application demands, then confirms fit before you order. We stock the range for same-day shipping from Mansfield, Texas, so replacements do not stall your equipment.
Soft non-marking polyurethane and thermoplastic treads protect polished concrete, terrazzo, and tile. Avoid hard cast or some phenolic treads on visible sales-floor fixtures.
Light to medium-duty floor-protective casters around 3 to 4 in carry fixtures and displays while rolling quietly and keeping a low, planted profile.
Light-duty twin-wheel or small swivel casters keep apparel racks rolling quietly and tracking smoothly across the sales floor.
Medium-duty poly casters around 4 to 5 in handle heavier restock carts in the stockroom while staying non-marking when they cross onto the sales floor.
