All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.

Match by equipment model number first; every Raymond part in this collection lists the models it fits.
When one caster fails, replace in axle pairs, not singles. A new wheel next to a worn one puts the load on the taller new caster and accelerates its wear. And if a phenolic caster keeps chunking on the same route, the floor is telling you something: switch that unit to quiet poly, same mounting pattern, and the problem usually stops.
Locate the model number on the unit's frame plate, then match it to the fitment list on each part page. If the plate is missing, measure wheel diameter, tread width, and plate bolt pattern, or call 844-439-4335 and we will identify it.
Yes. Every part in this collection is factory Raymond Products, made in Minnesota, and matches original mounting patterns and hardware. Using OEM parts keeps the lifetime warranty on the equipment intact.
Yes. The 8" quiet poly casters share the mounting pattern with the HD series, and 5"/6" positions can usually take a poly equivalent. It is the standard upgrade when equipment moves from warehouse duty into occupied buildings.
Yes, braked versions of the 5" and 6" phenolic, 8" quiet poly, and 8" air-free casters, plus the optional brake for 8" swivel casters. Brakes are the first retrofit we recommend for equipment staged on ramps.
Call 844-439-4335 with the model number. As an authorized Raymond dealer we can order any current factory part, and our engineers can cross non-Raymond equipment to a compatible caster from our broader industrial caster inventory.
