All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.

"Held 2,400 lb all shift, every shift. Real ergo difference at the dock — operators stopped asking for replacements and our worker's comp claims dropped 40% in the first quarter."
"OEM spec call took 4 days at our previous supplier. CasterHQ engineer had a kingpinless config sized for our die cart in under 6 hours, including custom plate dimensions. We've moved 3 product lines to them."
"Stainless steel rigs for our wash-down line have been running 18 months with zero corrosion failures. Previous vendor's casters were rusting through in 6. Worth every dollar of the premium."
"Spec'd 8" MAX Efficiency on our AGV-coupled battery transfer carts. Push force dropped from 180 lbs to 76 lbs sustained. Operators went from 2-person required push to single-operator. ROI in 4 months."
"Hospital cart fleet — 200+ casters replaced over 6 months. Quiet operation, no floor marking on the polished epoxy, no failures so far. Procurement said the volume pricing was 15% better than McMaster."
"Phenolic high-temp casters for our oven rack carts (450°F continuous). 14 months in, zero failures. Previous standard poly was lasting 8 weeks. Engineering team specified the right compound the first time."

Highest-rated CasterHQ product collections by verified buyers. These are the series customers re-order most for replacement programs and OEM specs.
Review requests go only to customers with a confirmed shipped order. No fake or anonymous reviews ever appear in the count.
Each review is attached to the specific product purchased — buyers can see exactly which caster, wheel material, and capacity got reviewed.
All reviews — 1-star through 5-star — are published as written. We don't moderate, edit, or hide negative feedback.
Reviews include buyer industry context (aerospace, food, healthcare, etc.) so you can find feedback from your specific application area.
Our engineering team has spec'd casters for the same companies leaving these reviews. Submit your application and we'll size the right wheel material, mounting, and load capacity within one business day.
Every review is order-triggered. Review requests go only to customers with a confirmed shipped order. Each review is linked to the specific SKU purchased. We don't accept reviews from anyone without a verified purchase, and we don't moderate or hide negative reviews — all 1-5 star feedback is published as written.

Yes. After your order ships, you'll receive an email review request within 14-21 days (giving you time to install and use the casters). The review form takes 2 minutes and includes optional fields for application context (industry, use case, floor type) so other buyers can find your feedback when they're spec'ing similar applications.
Reviews appear on the product detail page for each SKU, on collection landing pages (aggregated), in Google Shopping search results (via product schema feed), and as rich result snippets in organic Google search via AggregateRating + Review schema. We don't publish reviews to third-party platforms like Trustpilot or BBB unless the customer explicitly opts in.
