Floor locks hold carts and platform trucks in place by pressing a rubber pad to the floor when you step on the pedal. CasterHQ stocks kickbar floor locks for 4", 5", 6", and 8" casters — standard 4" × 4-1/2" plate, same-day shipping from Mansfield, TX.
Match the floor lock to your caster wheel diameter. All models use a standard 4" × 4-1/2" top plate. Heights from Admin product specs (retracted / extended). Use on level floors only — floor locks are not jacks and are not a substitute for parking brakes on inclines.

Floor locks are mounted to the cart frame separately from the casters. They apply a brake pad directly to the floor when activated, locking the cart in place. Independent of caster swivel — works on free-swiveling cart casters.
Floor truck locks bolt to the cart frame. Match the lock bolt pattern to the cart's existing mount.
Press down to lock, lift to release. Or "step-on/step-off" with continuous pressure.
Rubber pad for non-marking on retail floors. Steel pad for heavy industrial.
Replace worn floor truck locks on existing carts, or add to carts that need braking but currently have none.
