All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
Manual and powered stackers — pallet-lift equipment that raises pallets to truck or rack height. Manual hydraulic and battery-electric models, 1,650 to 3,300 lb capacity, lift heights 63 to 130 inches. Faster than a forklift for short hauls, cheaper than a forklift for low-volume operations. Stocked at our Mansfield, TX facility.

Stackers fill the gap between pallet jacks (low lift) and forklifts (full forklift). They lift pallets onto trailers, into racking, and to working height without the cost of a forklift.
Standard 48x40 GMA pallet loaded: 1,500-2,500 lb typical. Light goods: 1,650 lb. Heavy: 3,300 lb. Match capacity to heaviest pallet.
63 inches: trailer loading. 100-130 inches: rack stocking up to second tier. Match height to your tallest staging requirement.
Manual hydraulic: lower cost, no battery, slower. Powered: faster, less operator effort, requires battery charging.
For low-volume operations (under 30 pallet moves/day), a stacker is faster to deploy and 1/3 the cost of a forklift.
