A quick change pad lets a caster be swapped without cutting or rewelding. It suits fleets of carts where casters wear out often.

A drilled steel plate you weld to a frame so a caster can be bolted on.
Use an unplated pad, or grind the plating off first. Heated zinc gives off harmful fumes.
