Measure the inside diameter of the tube and the stem diameter and length on the caster. Pick the adapter kit that expands into that tube ID and accepts that stem.
Hardware (adapters, nuts, bushings) is sized by fit, not by a caster-style pound rating. When a yoke, frame, or mixed-in caster prints a capacity, that rating applies to that SKU only.
