All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
ATX off-road wheels — rugged outdoor wheels with aggressive knobby tread for beach carts, kayak dollies, deer cart, hunting carts, agricultural equipment, and rough-terrain industrial carts. Pneumatic and flat-free foam options. 10 to 16 inch diameters, 100 to 600 lb per wheel. Sand, gravel, mud, snow capable. Stocked at our Mansfield, TX facility.

ATX off-road wheels handle terrain where standard wheels fail. Beach sand, gravel paths, muddy trails, snow, dirt roads. The aggressive knobby tread maintains traction and the larger diameter clears obstacles.
10 inch: light off-road, gravel, packed dirt. 13 inch: sand, mud, snow. 16 inch: extreme terrain, deep sand.
Pneumatic: smoothest ride, can flat in thorns/punctures. Flat-free foam: zero flat risk, firmer ride.
Match to equipment axle. 5/8 inch most common, 3/4 and 1 inch on heavier carts.
Single wheel for light beach/kayak. Dual wheel design distributes load over wider footprint for sand and snow.
