All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.

All Mighty King lifts carry the same 600 lb rating; the duty levels differ in caster size, which decides how they roll over carpet, thresholds, and elevator gaps.
NIOSH caps the recommended weight for a single manual lift at 51 lb, and a loaded double-pedestal desk runs 300 lb or more. That is the whole case for a desk lift: the machine takes the lift, your crew takes the steering. On carpet, always buy one caster size up from what looks sufficient, rolling resistance under 600 lb roughly doubles from hard floor to commercial carpet.
Yes. The Mighty King lift tilts the desk a few inches, takes the full 600 lb on its frame, and rolls on non-marring casters. Drawers stay in, contents stay in, no disassembly. One mover handles what used to be a two or three person carry.
Model 3500 with 3-1/2" casters is the sweet spot for commercial carpet. If the route includes door thresholds or elevator sills, go to Model 4000 with 4" casters. Larger wheels cut rolling resistance under load.
Yes, use the adjustable Model 4108, which fits widths from 26-1/2" to 38". For conventional desks, standard Mighty King models fit 32", 40", and 46" widths.
Use the Karry King lever-lift file dollies: Model 3215 for letter, 3218 for legal, 3220 for extra-wide cabinets, each rated 600 lb. Empty the top two drawers of tall cabinets before moving for stability.
Handles, trip locks, height attachments, and complete non-marring caster sets for every Mighty King model are stocked as genuine Raymond OEM parts.

Mighty King desk lifts move loaded desks, cube workstations, and office furniture without disassembly: one mover tilts the desk, rolls it, and sets it down, contents and all. Every model is rated 600 lb and fits 32", 40", or 46" desk widths. Karry King lever-lift file dollies and lift attachments round out a complete office relocation system, made in USA since 1958 with a lifetime warranty.
