NIOSH caps the recommended weight for a single manual lift at 51 lb, and a loaded double-pedestal desk runs 300 lb or more. On carpet, always buy one caster size up from what looks sufficient, rolling resistance under 600 lb roughly doubles from hard floor to commercial carpet.
