All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
CasterHQ FleetTag™ brings frictionless asset management to your plant floor. We map your fleets, supply industrial vinyl tracking tags, and unlock one-click replenishment, completely free for qualified manufacturing partners.
One scan pulls the exact replacement, pre-mapped to the asset.
CasterHQ FleetTag is a free scan-to-reorder asset-management program for industrial casters. We map your cart and equipment fleet to exact replacement SKUs, ship a durable QR tag for each asset, and let any worker reorder the correct caster in about 30 seconds by scanning the tag with a phone.

No order ships from a scan alone. A FleetTag scan creates an order request, not a shipment. Every order is held and routed through the approval gate you choose before anything is fulfilled or invoiced.
After a scan, we build and hold the order, then email your designated approver (purchasing or facility lead) the full order details for sign-off. We only release it to ship once your approver confirms. You decide who approves.
Yes, if you allow it. You can set a dollar threshold so emergency or small caster replacements for a cart ship immediately, while any order above the limit routes to your approver for sign-off. You get speed where it is safe and control where it matters.
Yes. We require a valid department or PO code, entered at the scan and carried into the order notes at checkout. Orders without a recognized code are held and not approved, so only authorized teams can trigger a fulfilled order.
Each tag is mapped to the cart's actual caster count, so quantities pre-fill correctly, and we can cap the maximum quantity per tag if you require it. A four-caster cart cannot be turned into a four-hundred-caster order.
Our system automatically flags duplicate orders on the same asset within a set window and holds them for review, since a caster should not fail twice in a week. Repeat or unusual orders get a human check before fulfillment.
Yes. Every order is stamped with the client, location, asset, department or PO code, and who submitted it, giving procurement a complete, traceable record of who reordered what and when.
Yes. We map each tag to your internal corporate part number alongside our supplier SKU, so your team sees their own number while we handle the cross-reference behind the scenes.
We match the tag material to the environment. Standard areas use laminated industrial vinyl rated for abrasion and UV; washdown, chemical, grease, and high-heat zones use anodized aluminum or laminated polyester with industrial adhesive. We spec the tag to the floor, not the other way around.
Invoice orders are verified against your authorized accounts and approval rules and held until cleared. Unauthorized, duplicate, or out-of-policy orders are caught before anything leaves our dock or is invoiced, so a scan can never become an uncontrolled charge.
FleetTag is free for qualified manufacturing partners, including fleet mapping and the QR tags. You pay only for the casters you reorder, on Net 30/60 terms.
