These ball transfers let loads slide in any direction on conveyor tables, fixtures, and pack stations. Units in this collection range from about 40 to 850 lb per ball transfer. Main ball sizes run about 5/8 to 1-1/2 in in carbon steel, stainless steel, and nylon. Carbon steel covers dry indoor transfer decks. Stainless suits washdown and outdoor corrosion. Nylon is the quieter pick when the transfer surface needs a softer contact. Mount the units so the load balls sit at a common height across the array.
