Wire Shelving Casters and Wheels

If you’re looking to upgrade your current static wire rack casters and wheels, look no further, CasterHQ offers the most durable on the market. The O.E. replacement shelving caster fits most wire shelving units and metal wire shelving rack tubing. The line of wheels for shelving units can be expected to be durable, strong, and chemical-resistant, with a non-marking polyurethane tread secured on a polyolefin core.

Some of the greatest benefits polyurethane offers is the high resistance to grease, oils, and acids up to 12% acidity. In addition, they have smooth roll-ability, ergonomics, moderate to quiet noise levels, and are wonderful for floor protection.

Caster Installation on Metal Shelving

Pop out the plastic insert in the bottom of the shelving leg (with a flat head screwdriver or needle-nose pliers).
Insert the shelving caster by pushing the stem with some force until the wire shelving legs sit flush with the caster’s raceway. See below for an installation video tutorial and scroll to the bottom of the page for additional information regarding caster and wheel removal and installation.
