Common Partner Questions

How do I know which partner program fits my business?
If you’re a manufacturer integrating casters into a finished product (custom builds, OEM specs, branded packaging), use OEM Solutions. If you’re an end-customer with recurring caster volume but no custom requirements, use Bulk Pricing. If you’re a distributor or reseller selling our products to your B2B customers, use the Reseller Program. Mixed scenarios are common — talk to an engineer to scope.
What’s the difference between your sales engineer and a typical sales rep?
Our application engineers have 15+ years of caster industry experience. They review every spec for load math (N-1 method + dynamic safety factor), wheel material vs floor compatibility, mount pattern fit, and brake-type appropriateness before quoting. They’ll flag risks proactively (wrong durometer for tow speed, wrong bearing for cyclic load) before you commit. Standard sales reps take orders — ours validate specs.
Can I get sample casters before committing?
Yes — free samples for evaluation on orders of 500+ units. Samples ship within 5-7 days of approval. Custom-build samples include first-article inspection report. Return freight prepaid by us; keep them or use them in production.
Do you support federal / government procurement?
Yes — federal procurement-friendly. Buy American documentation, GSA-eligible product lines, ITAR registration in process for defense, NAICS codes available, SAM.gov registered. Tax-exempt pricing for qualified federal/state buyers.
What payment terms do you offer partners?
Net 30 standard for qualified accounts (3-5 day credit approval). Net 45 for accounts above $250K annual run rate. Tax-exempt pricing for resellers/distributors with valid resale certificate. ACH and wire preferred above $10K invoices. Prepaid orders accept ACH, wire, and credit card.
Who is my main point of contact?
Initially: customer service team handles inbound RFQs, an application engineer handles spec review, and you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager once you cross approval thresholds (Tier 2+ for resellers, blanket PO for OEM, $100K+ annual for bulk). Single point of contact for all pricing, scheduling, escalations, and quarterly reviews.
