All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.

Laundry casters take a beating from moisture, heat, and chemicals across commercial and industrial wash floors, moving linen trucks, laundry carts, and dryer-adjacent equipment. The spec centers on corrosion resistance and sealed bearings that survive detergent, bleach, and steam, plus heat tolerance near dryers. CasterHQ specifies stainless and zinc casters with sealed bearings, washdown-ready tread, and high-temp options for this environment, all in stock and priced for same-day shipping.

Bearings are what kill laundry casters, not the wheel. Detergent and steam wash the grease out of an unsealed bearing and it seizes. We spec sealed bearings and stainless or zinc rigs for wash-floor equipment so moisture and chemistry stay out of the raceway, which is the difference between a caster that lasts a year and one that lasts five.

Our team specs laundry & linen casters by load per caster, floor and environment, mount, and any compliance the application demands, then confirms fit before you order. We stock the range for same-day shipping from Mansfield, Texas, so replacements do not stall your equipment.
Stainless steel rigs with sealed bearings resist detergent, bleach, and softener corrosion. Zinc is a lower-cost option for lighter moisture exposure away from harsh chemistry.
Yes. Sealed bearings keep moisture and chemicals out of the raceway, which is the most common failure point on wash-floor equipment. It is the single highest-value upgrade here.
Equipment adjacent to dryers should use high-temperature wheels rated above ambient, since standard poly degrades under sustained radiant heat.
Most linen and laundry carts use 4 to 5 in casters rated to roughly 300 to 500 lb each. Bulk trucks step up to 5 to 6 in kingpinless for heavier loads.
Polyurethane and thermoplastic treads are non-marking on sealed floors while resisting moisture. Match tread to floor if appearance in front-of-house areas matters.
Yes. We carry a deep stainless caster range with sealed bearings and multiple tread options, in stock for same-day shipping.
