All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
Wheel = wheel diameter · capacity is per caster.

Blickle is a family-owned wheel and caster maker founded in 1953 in Rosenfeld, Germany [S1]. Its parts are designed in metric sizes, so plate dimensions on some listings are given in millimeters.
| Tread | Listed ratings each | Character |
|---|---|---|
| Nylon | 220 to 4,400 lb | Hard, low rolling effort on smooth floors |
| Polyurethane (Extrathane, Besthane, Softhane and others) | 200 to 2,000 lb | Quiet, floor-friendly, good wear |
| Rubber | 600 to 1,380 lb | Cushioned and quiet |
| Phenolic | 800 to 1,400 lb | Hard, oil resistant |
From product fields [S2].
A leveling caster has a wheel for moving and a pad that screws or ratchets down to lift the wheel off the floor. Machines and racks stay put without chocks, and the pad can level them on an uneven floor. The Blickle leveling casters here are rated about 400 to 2,200 lb.
Check the plate size and bolt spacing against your equipment. A 100 x 85 mm plate is close to 3-15/16 x 3-3/8 in but will not line up with a 4 x 4-1/2 in pattern.

From 200 to 4,400 lb each. Nylon models carry the highest loads.
A caster with a pad that lowers to lift the wheel off the floor and hold the equipment in place.
Some use US plates such as 4 x 4-1/2 in; others use metric plates. Check the bolt spacing.
