Bracket: Made of die-cast aluminium, with sealed ball bearing in the swivel head, steel top plate fitting. Powder-coated, ivory colour. Truck lock made of hard rubber, black. Height adjustment with flat spanner or integrated adjustment wheel. Bolted wheel axle. Steel parts are zinc-plated, blue-passivated, Cr6-free.
Wheels: Made of high-quality, impact-resistant nylon, very low rolling and swiveling resistance, smooth running performance on even floors, very high abrasion resistance.
Tread/tyre: Made of high-quality, impact-resistant nylon.

This 3-9/16" x 2-5/32" Nylon Swivel Leveling Caster – 4400 lb is rated to 4400 lbs per caster. Size a set by dividing the total load by the number of casters, and for uneven floors assume 3 of 4 casters carry the load. Keep continuous-use loads within about 75-80% of the rating.
This caster runs a Nylon wheel with a 2-5/32" tread width. Nylon resists chemicals and moisture and carries high loads, which suits washdown and wet environments.
This caster uses a top-plate mount with a 100" x 100" plate. Measure your existing mounting holes before ordering; if you are replacing casters, match the bolt pattern - most standard patterns interchange across brands.
Rated for -20°F to 180°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
The Nylon wheel performs best on smooth, hard industrial floors. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
