Levelling Caster with integrated truck lock and top plate fitting combined with a Heavy duty nylon wheel.
Rig:
Made of heavy pressed steel, with heavy fork and top plate fitting, very strong bolted and secured central kingpin, double ball bearing in the swivel head, additionally reinforced by the integration of four specially shaped and hardened bearing seats resulting in a very high resistance to shock and impact loads. Steel truck lock. Height adjustment with flat spanner. Bolted wheel axle. Zinc-plated, blue-passivated, Cr6-free.
Wheels: Made of high-quality, impact-resistant nylon, very rugged, heavy wheel design, very low rolling and swivelling resistance, smooth running performance on even floors, very high abrasion resistance.
Tread/tire: Made of high-quality, impact-resistant Nylon.

This 3" x 1-1/4" Nylon Swivel Leveling Caster – 660 lb is rated to 660 lbs per caster. Size a set by dividing the total load by the number of casters, and for uneven floors assume 3 of 4 casters carry the load. Keep continuous-use loads within about 75-80% of the rating.
This caster runs a Nylon wheel with a 1-1/4" tread width. Nylon resists chemicals and moisture and carries high loads, which suits washdown and wet environments.
This caster uses a top-plate mount with a 85" x 100" plate. Measure your existing mounting holes before ordering; if you are replacing casters, match the bolt pattern - most standard patterns interchange across brands.
This is a Swivel caster. Swivel casters rotate 360 degrees for full maneuverability. For most mobile equipment we recommend 2 swivel + 2 rigid, or 4 swivel with at least 2 brakes.
Rated for -20°F to 180°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
The Nylon wheel performs best on smooth, hard industrial floors. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
