All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
Industrial solid rubber tires and flat-proof eco-rubber wheels — 8-inch through 12-inch heavy-duty solid rubber compound tires for hand trucks, dollies, carts, and outdoor equipment that needs zero flats. Up to 800 lb per wheel. Won't go flat under any condition. Premium eco-rubber compound for long service life. Stocked at our Mansfield, TX facility.

Solid rubber tires give the flat-proof reliability of foam-filled wheels with a firmer ride and longer service life. Used on hand trucks, dollies, outdoor carts, and equipment where flats would shut down operations.
| Wheel Size | Capacity | Bore | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
| 8" Solid Rubber | 300-450 lb | 5/8" or 3/4" | Hand trucks, light outdoor carts |
| 10" Solid Rubber | 450-650 lb | 5/8" or 3/4" | Heavy hand trucks, dollies, mid-duty outdoor |
| 10" x 4" Wide | 650-800 lb | 3/4" | Heavy outdoor equipment, beach carts, kayak dollies |
| 12" Solid Rubber | 500-800 lb | 3/4" or 1" | Large outdoor carts, agricultural equipment |
Solid rubber is the firmest ride, highest puncture resistance, and longest service life — but heaviest. Pneumatic is the softest ride and best shock absorption but can go flat. Foam-filled is a middle option — close to pneumatic ride quality without flats. Solid rubber wins where flats can't be tolerated and ride quality matters less.
Common bore sizes: 5/8 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch. Measure your existing axle diameter or check the spec sheet of your hand truck or cart. Wrong bore = wheel won't fit.
Per-wheel capacity must exceed expected load. Add 25 percent headroom for outdoor uneven terrain shock loads. A 600 lb hand truck operation needs 750+ lb per wheel.
8-inch for smooth indoor and light outdoor. 10-inch for gravel transitions, dock seams. 12-inch for rough outdoor, agricultural, mud, and dirt paths.

A tire made entirely of solid rubber compound — no air chamber, no foam filling. Cannot go flat under any condition. Heavier than pneumatic or foam-filled but lasts longer.
No — that's the entire point. Solid rubber has no air to lose. The only failure mode is gradual tread wear over years of use, never a flat.
Yes — designed for outdoor and rough-terrain use. Eco-rubber compound resists weather, UV, and chemicals. Common on construction site hand trucks, beach equipment, and outdoor carts.
Significantly heavier than pneumatic or foam-filled. An 8-inch solid rubber tire weighs 4-6 lb; a 10-inch weighs 8-12 lb; a 12-inch weighs 14-18 lb. Account for the added weight on hand trucks.
8-inch: 300-450 lb. 10-inch: 450-800 lb depending on width. 12-inch: 500-800 lb. Verify per-wheel rating against equipment load + 25 percent headroom.
Most U.S. hand trucks use 5/8 inch or 3/4 inch axle bores. Heavier equipment uses 1 inch. Measure existing axle before ordering — bore mismatch = wheel won't fit.
Yes — sealed precision bearings or roller bearings depending on wheel. Bearings are pre-installed; replace the wheel when bearings fail.
99 percent of orders ship same or next business day from our Mansfield, TX facility via FedEx Ground. Larger 12-inch tires may ship FedEx Ground or LTL depending on quantity. Cutoff 2pm Central.
