This Hudson Bearing NBT-1 CS Nylon Ball Transfer Unit – 75 lb is rated to 75 lbs per caster. Size a set by dividing the total load by the number of casters, and for uneven floors assume 3 of 4 casters carry the load. Keep continuous-use loads within about 75-80% of the rating.
This caster runs a Nylon wheel. Nylon resists chemicals and moisture and carries high loads, which suits washdown and wet environments.
This caster uses a Bolt-Flange mount. Stem casters press or thread into a socket - verify the stem diameter and length match your existing setup before ordering.
The Nylon wheel performs best on smooth, hard industrial floors. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
