Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
Casters with a 1/2" threaded stem mount used where secure attachment, height adjustment, or positive retention is required. Commonly specified for carts, fixtures, mobile equipment, and OEM assemblies.
TPR wheels provide quiet rolling, floor protection, and non-marking performance. Suitable for indoor environments where debris, cords, or small obstacles may be present.
Polyurethane wheels offer non-marking performance with higher load capacity than rubber-based materials and improved resistance to flat-spotting under static loads.
Phenolic wheels provide increased load capacity and resistance to oils and solvents while remaining non-metallic. Best suited for smooth, dry floors.
Iron wheel options including gray iron and black iron are used where floor protection is not required and maximum durability or specific aesthetic requirements are desired. Not recommended for finished or sensitive floors.
Solid polyurethane wheels provide high load capacity, chemical resistance, and resistance to flat-spotting. Common in cleanroom, laboratory, and washdown-adjacent environments.
