High-Temperature Glass-Filled Nylon Wheels are made out of exclusively engineered thermo compound. These wheels are excellent for autoclave and steam cleaning applications. These are also a top choice for powder coating applications. The washers, bearing, and spanner are all steel, make sure to use lots of high temp grease or you may completely remove the grease as well depending on the application requirements. High Temp Glass Filled Nylon Wheels offer superior abrasion and impact resistance. These wheels can withstand temperatures from -40 degrees F up to 550F intermittently and can be run at 425 degrees F continuously. All load capacities are rated at room temperatures, reducing the load by a quarter under high-temperature applications as the material can become a softer and flat spot if heated under weight and pressure for prolonged periods of time. Brown is a standard high temp color but we also have these same high temp wheels in black as well. Durometer is 85 Shore D (+/-5). We offer these with a 3/4" roller bearing and a 1/2" ID spanner bushing to fit a 1/2" axle. High-Temperature Glass-Filled Nylon Wheels are impervious to most chemicals, solvents, oil, salt, alkaline, and water.
