All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.

The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.

Diameter: 3-1/2, 4, 5 inTread: 1-1/4 inCapacity: up to 2,500 lb
Replacement polyolefin caster wheels for rebuilding forks when the frame is still sound. Catalog chips cover wheel diameters 3-1/2, 4, 5 in, polyolefin treads, and expanding-stem and plate-mount frames. Keep diameter and tread width the same as the worn wheel to preserve overall height. Stay inside the Colson catalog when you need matched series documentation. Confirm bearing type and axle hardware so the replacement spins freely under load.
