All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.

The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.

Rubber casters on this hub balance the floor, noise, and load tradeoffs that compound is known for
Pick tread for the floor you actually have: soft for finished epoxy, harder for chips and heat. Step back to Industrial Casters & Wheels when you need the wider aisle. Per-caster capacities around 22,800 lb still need shock margin on docks and uneven floors. Inside this hub, see Metal-Core Caster Wheels. If the fork is bent or the raceway is loose, replace the full caster rather than only the wheel. Narrow further with Plastic or Solid Core - Capacity up to 850 lbs.
