W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

You will see wheel diameters 4, 6 in, cast iron treads, and capacities 1,000 to 2,800 lb across the SKUs listed below. Match bolt-hole spacing or stem diameter to the frame before you standardize a fleet. Larger plates spread bolt stress on thick frames under continuous tow abuse.
