The S-ZFHS-4DB from the renowned Hamilton Spinfinity series is a top-quality, maintenance-free swivel caster designed to facilitate efficient mobility and robust handling in demanding industrial environments.
Featuring a durable 4" x 2" Duralast (95A) wheel coupled with 3/4" sealed precision ball bearings, this caster delivers an optimal balance of resilience, low rolling resistance, and smooth operation. It's designed to support a high load capacity of up to 975 lbs at 3 mph, providing dependable performance even under heavy loads.
With a kingpinless design, this caster significantly enhances durability and longevity. The overall height of 5.625" ensures suitable ground clearance without sacrificing stability. The 1.75" swivel offset enhances the caster's maneuverability, making steering and rotation effortless.
Finished with a crimson powder coat, the caster not only resists corrosion but also adds an appealing aesthetic. The Duralast wheel features a black polyurethane tread on a gray center, offering excellent traction and durability. For added convenience, the replacement wheel (W-420-DB70-1/2) is readily available.
The caster comes with a 4 1/2 x 6 1/2" mounting plate for easy installation. The bolt holes measuring 2 7/16 x 4 15/16" and 3 3/8 x 5 1/4", respectively, and the 0.5" mounting bolts ensure a secure fit and reliable performance.
This caster runs a Cast Iron wheel with a 2" tread width. Steel / iron wheels give maximum capacity and durability on smooth, hard industrial floors and tolerate heat.
This caster uses a top-plate mount. Measure your existing mounting holes before ordering; if you are replacing casters, match the bolt pattern - most standard patterns interchange across brands.
This is a Swivel caster. Swivel casters rotate 360 degrees for full maneuverability. For most mobile equipment we recommend 2 swivel + 2 rigid, or 4 swivel with at least 2 brakes.
Rated for -20°F to 180°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
The Cast Iron wheel performs best on smooth, hard industrial floors. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
