As part of the esteemed Spinfinity ZFHS Series, this caster offers top-notch performance with its Nylast high-performance cast nylon wheel and kingpinless design.
This swivel caster boasts a load capacity of 2500 lbs at 3 mph, offering a reliable solution for moving heavy equipment or materials. The 8" wheel diameter and 9.75" overall height contribute to its robust functionality and easy operation.
Thanks to its kingpinless design and Nylast wheel type, this caster ensures smooth and easy mobility, reducing the risk of wear and tear. The caster and wheel finish in crimson powder and charcoal gray respectively not only enhance durability but also add an aesthetic touch to the product.
Moreover, the 2" swivel offset, combined with precise dimensions for the mounting plate and bolt holes, ensure easy installation and secure fitting. The mounting bolt is 0.5" in size, providing a strong and secure assembly.

This Hamilton ZFHS 8" Nylast Swivel Kingpinless Caster – 2500 lb is rated to 2500 lbs per caster. Size a set by dividing the total load by the number of casters, and for uneven floors assume 3 of 4 casters carry the load. Keep continuous-use loads within about 75-80% of the rating.
This caster runs a Nylon wheel. Nylon resists chemicals and moisture and carries high loads, which suits washdown and wet environments.
This caster uses a top-plate mount. Measure your existing mounting holes before ordering; if you are replacing casters, match the bolt pattern - most standard patterns interchange across brands.
This is a Swivel caster. Swivel casters rotate 360 degrees for full maneuverability. For most mobile equipment we recommend 2 swivel + 2 rigid, or 4 swivel with at least 2 brakes.
Rated for -20°F to 180°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
The Nylon wheel performs best on smooth, hard industrial floors. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
