The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

10" x 3" Polyurethane Casters

Diameter: 10 inTread: 3 inCapacity: up to 7,000 lb

Polyurethane casters here serve tow-line carts and AGV fixtures. Typical builds show wheel diameters 10 in, polyurethane treads, and plate-mount frames. Size capacity from the heaviest corner load with shock margin, and keep overall height consistent across the set. Replace worn corners in matched sets when possible so the cart tracks straight under load. These heavy-duty options cover everyday tow-line carts and AGV fixtures without jumping to extreme forged series.
