The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

10" x 5" Polyurethane Casters

Diameter: 10 inTread: 5 inCapacity: up to 17,500 lb

10" x 5" Polyurethane Casters for warehouse carts on epoxy and smooth concrete. Expect wheel diameters 10 in, polyurethane treads, and plate-mount frames. Harder poly rolls easier on smooth epoxy; softer poly cushions vibration on uneven slabs. For dual-wheel or wide treads, check fork clearance and swivel radius in tight aisles. These extreme-duty options cover everyday warehouse carts on epoxy and smooth concrete without jumping to extreme forged series.
