The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

4" Width

Diameter: 4, 6 inTread: 4 in

4" Width for warehouse carts, racks, and everyday plant fixtures. You will see wheel diameters 4, 6 in and industrial frames across the SKUs listed below. Confirm stem length and thread pitch on stem mounts so the shoulder seats flush in the boss. When floors see chemicals or washdowns, prefer sealed bearings and non-absorbent wheel compounds. These medium-duty options cover everyday warehouse carts, racks, and everyday plant fixtures without jumping to extreme forged series.
