The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

Capacity: up to 900 lb

Replacement industrial tread compounds caster wheels for rebuilding forks when the frame is still sound. Catalog chips cover plate-mount frames and capacities 900 lb. Keep diameter and tread width the same as the worn wheel to preserve overall height. Confirm bearing type and axle hardware so the replacement spins freely under load. These medium-duty options cover everyday warehouse carts, racks, and everyday plant fixtures without jumping to extreme forged series.
