All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
The General Service GS Series carries up to 1,250 lb per caster — the everyday-duty line for carts, racks, and equipment that move constantly under moderate load. 'General service' is the use case: not specialized, not extreme, just reliable mobility that holds up to daily use.

The GS Series is built for the equipment that never makes the spotlight but moves all day — utility carts, stock carts, shelving, work tables, the rolling backbone of a warehouse or shop floor. It's engineered for the duty cycle (constant) rather than the load extreme (moderate), with rigging and bearings tuned to survive years of everyday cycling.
The line covers the standard wheel materials — polyurethane, rubber, phenolic, polyolefin — and standard plate and stem mounts, so you can match the floor, the environment, and the existing equipment without stepping outside the series. Capacity to 1,250 lb covers the large majority of general-service equipment.
Everyday-duty: moderate load, constant use, no specialized requirement. The GS Series is engineered for that exact profile.
Both serve the everyday moderate-load range to 1,250 lb. They're parallel proven lines — pick by wheel/mount availability for your spec.
Yes — the line is tuned for high cycle count at moderate load, which is the general-service profile.
Our US-based caster engineers will match the right build to your load, floor, and application.
