All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.

The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.

Capacity: 1,200 to 16,200 lbTypes: snap, S, clevis, J hooks
Seventeen tie-down hooks for flatbed straps and chains, from CasterHQ and Safe 'N Secure. They run from a 1 in vinyl coated S hook rated 1,200 lb and 2 in steel flat snap hooks rated 5,000 lb to Grade 70 clevis grab hooks at 11,300 lb and J hooks at 16,200 lb. Match the hook width to your strap and the rating to the strap or chain it goes on.
