All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.

The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.

Examples include a Hamilton W-820-150-NYUB-1/2 8 x 2 in Nylast U-Grooved wheel rated 2,600 lb and a Hamilton W-830-169-NYUB-3/4 8 x 3 in Nylast U-Grooved wheel rated 6,500 lb. Nylon rolls with little effort and resists water and many chemicals, though it is hard and noisy on rough floors. The usual temperature rating here is -30°F to 320°F.
