All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.

The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.

This 44 Series - Medium/Heavy (up to 1250 lb/ aisle groups plate-mount casters built for finished floors and quiet institutional carts. You will see wheel diameters 4, 5, 6, 8 in, rubber treads, and capacities 350 to 675 lb across the SKUs listed below. When floors see chemicals or washdowns, prefer sealed bearings and non-absorbent wheel compounds. Match bolt-hole spacing or stem diameter to the frame before you standardize a fleet.
