All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
B&P specialty hand trucks and carts cover the applications that don’t fit the standard 2-wheel or Liberator convertible spec. 28 styles spanning aluminum flatbed carts (PTF series 24″x36″-30″x72″ at 2,000 lb), ice cart liners for commercial kitchens, disc-brake hand trucks for steep-ramp loading, curved-back trucks for tall cargo support, and specialty industry configurations.

| Product | Spec | Application |
|---|---|---|
| PTF Aluminum Flatbed Carts | 24″x36″ through 36″x48″ at 2,000 lb | Heavy single-item transport, dock-to-floor staging |
| Ice Cart Liner | Heavy-duty plastic insert | Commercial kitchen ice transport — lines existing carts for sanitation |
| Curved-Back Hand Truck (HTA-004) | 10″ pneumatic wheels, curved frame back | Tall stacked cargo — frame supports load against tipping forward |
| Disc-Brake Hand Truck (HTA-003) | 10″ no-flat wheels, hydraulic disc brake | Steep ramp descent with heavy cargo |
| Snack Food Truck (HTA-16) | Specialty frame for boxed snack delivery | Vending and snack distribution route delivery |
| Three-Way Liberator | 3-position frame: hand truck / platform / transport | Industrial flexibility for varied cargo |
Same product family, different categorization. The PTF aluminum diamond-plate flatbed carts also appear in the Formed Platform Trucks collection. The Specialty page includes them because they’re often searched as “B&P specialty cart” rather than “platform truck.”
B&P’s most-versatile convertible: converts between hand truck mode (vertical upright), platform truck mode (horizontal with nose plate as deck), and a third intermediate position for specific cargo angles. Designed for operations where the same operator handles multiple cargo types without switching equipment.
The B&P ice cart liner is a heavy-duty plastic insert that drops into an existing B&P or generic warehouse cart to convert it into a food-grade ice transport bin. NSF-rated plastic, sealed seams, drain plug option. Used in commercial kitchens, banquet halls, and beverage operations where dedicated ice transport carts would be cost-prohibitive.
Mostly LTL freight due to size and weight — the PTF flatbed carts in particular ship freight rather than UPS. Hand truck specialty variants (disc brake, curved back) ship UPS Ground in most cases. Stock orders ship same day from Mansfield, TX before 3 pm Central. Email info@casterhq.com for fleet shipping quotes.
