All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.

The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.

This 25 series aisle groups plate-mount casters built for warehouse carts on epoxy and smooth concrete. Catalog chips cover wheel diameters 4, 5 in, polyurethane and rubber treads, and capacities 300 to 400 lb. Match bolt-hole spacing or stem diameter to the frame before you standardize a fleet. For dual-wheel or wide treads, check fork clearance and swivel radius in tight aisles. These light-duty options cover everyday warehouse carts on epoxy and smooth concrete without jumping to extreme forged series.
