Series 62 Vanguard Casters
Capacity Range: 410 – 1,500 lbs.
The Vanguard 62 Series is the highest rated cold forged caster we offer-rated for loads up to 1,500 lbs. The top plate matches a popular industry standard and swivel models feature double-ball race construction with 3/4" diameter kingpins. Both rigid and swivel casters sport a zinc-plated finish. Series 62 casters are ideal for terminal carts, maintenance carts and platform trucks.

- Swivel Construction Cold forged steel mounting plate and horn base. Legs 1/4" plate steel, formed for increased strength and continuously welded to horn base.
Kingpin Permanent rivet type, 5/8" diameter heat treated steel.Main and Secondary Load Bearings Hardened and polished steel balls rotate in two smoothly coined, case hardened raceways.Axle 1/2" diameter bolt with lock nut.
Lubrication Fittings In swivel assembly and in wheels with roller bearings.
