The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

3" x 1-1/4" Rubber Casters

Diameter: 3 inTread: 1-1/4 inCapacity: up to 225 lb

3" x 1-1/4" Rubber Casters for finished floors and quiet institutional carts. Typical builds show wheel diameters 3 in, rubber treads, and plate-mount frames. Size capacity from the heaviest corner load with shock margin, and keep overall height consistent across the set. Match bolt-hole spacing or stem diameter to the frame before you standardize a fleet. These light-duty options cover everyday finished floors and quiet institutional carts without jumping to extreme forged series.
