Duralast Wheels in the Series D are crafted for superior performance, offering a load capacity range of 1,000 to 9,000 lbs. The wheels feature a unique liquid cast polyurethane layer, approximately 1/2" thick, chemically bonded to heavy-duty iron centers.
Known for their distinctive green treads, Duralast Wheels are not only chemically inert, non-sparking, and non-conductive but also gentle on floors without leaving marks. They are a robust solution for various industrial applications, guaranteeing against tread separation for one year under normal free-wheeling conditions.
Available with multiple bearing options, including straight roller bearings, precision ball bearings, and precision tapered bearings. Wheels over 5" in diameter with straight and tapered roller bearings come with ball-check lubrication fittings in the hub for added convenience.
These wheels boast outstanding physical properties: a hardness of 90-95 Durometer (Shore A), a high tensile strength of 7000-7400 psi, and excellent abrasion resistance. Suitable for a wide temperature range, they remain unaffected by occasional steam cleaning, showcasing resilience in diverse environments.
