All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.

The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.

Polyurethane Casters - Duralast XC Swivel for warehouse carts on epoxy and smooth concrete. Catalog chips cover wheel diameters 4, 5, 6, 8 in, polyurethane treads, and plate-mount frames. For dual-wheel or wide treads, check fork clearance and swivel radius in tight aisles. Confirm stem length and thread pitch on stem mounts so the shoulder seats flush in the boss.

Heavy Service Caster Series with Duralast XC Polyurethane Wheels

Are you looking for improved rollability and extra capacity in a resilient tread wheel? If so, Hamilton's 70 durometer polyurethane (Shore D) wheels will deliver. Because the polyurethane is harder than standard 95A poly, these wheels roll more easily and carry up to 30% more capacity - thus the suffix XC, as in eXtra Capacity! In addition, they effectively repel foreign objects and debris. Duralast XC's harder tread is best suited for smooth floors. For rough floors, we recommend our Ergo-Glide™ Wheels.
