The six phenolic casters here come from Hamilton with 6 to 10 in wheels, rated 1,800 to 2,500 lb each. Most use a 5-1/2 x 7-1/2 in top plate, with 6-1/8 x 7-1/2 in also offered, in both swivel and rigid, with no brake options. Two examples are a Hamilton R-EHD-8PH 8 x 2 1/2 in phenolic rigid caster rated 2,000 lb and a Hamilton S-EHD-10PH 10 x 2 1/2 in phenolic swivel caster rated 2,500 lb. Listed temperature ratings are mostly up to 250°F.

Extra Heavy Duty Caster Series with Plastex Phenolic Wheels

Fiber-filled phenolic resin, molded under extreme pressure, gives Hamilton Plastex wheels the ability to carry heavy loads without damaging floors in intermittent service. They are non-marking, resist corrosion from oil, water, grease and commonly used acids or solvents, and will not spark. They can be operated continuously in temperatures ranging from -50° to 260° F and intermittently to 300° F.
