All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.

The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.

Constructed from injection molded 33% glass fiber reinforced nylon 6/6, Scorcher wheels offer non-marking floor protection, minimal water absorption, and resistance to many solvents, oils, acids, and chemicals. Their 27,000 psi tensile strength (ASTM D638) ensures a long service life and outperforms common high heat phenolic wheels.

Superior Performance Across Sizes

Available in diameters from 3” to 8”, these wheels come with steel needle roller bearings and high temperature grease for effortless rolling, highlighting the blend of performance and resilience.
