This page lists six polyurethane casters with 8 to 12 in wheels, rated 4,500 to 7,800 lb each, made by Hamilton. Most use a 8-1/2 x 8-1/2 in top plate, and you can pick swivel or rigid, and none has a brake. Two examples are a Hamilton R-MD-83SYT70 8 x 3 in Superlast XC rigid caster rated 4,500 lb and a Hamilton S-MD-124SYT70 12 x 4 in Superlast XC swivel caster rated 7,800 lb.

Maxi-Duty Caster Series with Superlast XC Polyurethane Wheels

Are you looking for improved rollability and extra capacity in a resilient tread wheel? If so, Hamilton's 70 durometer polyurethane (Shore D) wheels will deliver. Because the polyurethane is harder than standard 95A poly, these wheels roll more easily and carry up to 30% more capacity - thus the suffix XC, as in extra Capacity! In addition, they effectively repel foreign objects and debris. 1" thick tread chemically bonded to forged steel centers.
