Hamilton’s Series WN White Nylon wheels are molded from Nylon 6, a material known for its durability and strength. Ideal for demanding environments like food processing operations, meat packaging plants, poultry plants, and pharmaceutical labs.
These wheels are steam cleanable, impervious to water, and highly resistant to a wide range of chemicals and solvents, making them an excellent choice for hygienic applications. With a capacity range of 350 – 1,100 lbs, they offer exceptional load-bearing capability.
The 75 durometer (Shore D) hardness combined with a crown tread allows these wheels to roll smoothly on flat surfaces. They are non-marking and operate effectively in a temperature range from -40° F to 210° F. Available in multiple sizes with various bearing options, they are designed for versatility and ease of use.
Designed for industrial duty, these wheels feature smooth contours and no pockets to collect dirt, ensuring zero water absorption even when immersed. Flange type Delrin bearings in 1-1/2" face sizes enhance rollability, especially when lightly oiled.
