Return overview
  • Returns require prior authorization.
  • 30-day return window from delivery (U.S. orders only).
  • 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
  • All items must be new, unused, and resalable.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
Return eligibility
  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • U.S. returns only. International orders (Canada & Mexico) are final sale.
  • Items must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, and unaltered.
  • All original packaging, hardware, and components must be included.
  • Installed, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
  • Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the standard 30-day policy applies.
Restocking fees & cancellations

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, calculated on the product total only (shipping is never included).

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Orders canceled after entering fulfillment or assembly incur the same 25% restocking fee.
  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of returned items.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Report damaged or incorrect shipments within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photos are required for all damage or discrepancy claims.
  • Items shipped incorrectly by CasterHQ may qualify for replacement or store credit after inspection.
  • Defective items are reviewed case-by-case to confirm proper application and usage.
Return authorization required

You must contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be rejected and are not eligible for a refund.
