  • Freight (LTL): Reliable national carriers selected by CasterHQ for oversized/heavy orders.

Shipping

We ship most parcel orders via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Heavy, oversized, or palletized orders ship via LTL freight using reliable national carriers selected by CasterHQ.

Order notes & special instructions
Add delivery preferences, receiving hours, internal references, or PO notes in the cart notes during checkout. We make reasonable efforts to follow notes when feasible, but carrier execution is not guaranteed.
Freight deliveries (LTL)
  • Freight deliveries typically require a commercial receiving location.
  • Extra services (liftgate, appointment delivery, limited access) may affect cost and transit time.
  • If we need additional delivery details, our team may contact you before shipment.
Transit, delays, and address accuracy

Carrier delays can occur due to weather, peak volume, or operational issues. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, outbound and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Outbound shipping is non-refundable

Shipping charges paid at checkout are used to purchase carrier services and are billed to CasterHQ. Because these costs are incurred once the order ships, outbound shipping charges are not refundable — including for returned orders.

Returns & Refunds

CasterHQ operates as a B2B industrial supplier. To protect product integrity and ensure customers receive new-condition goods, returns are only accepted under the conditions below.

Authorization required
Return eligibility
  • Returns require prior authorization.
  • Items must be brand new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Installed, used, modified, or damaged items are not eligible.
  • Products that cannot be resold as new will be rejected.
Restocking fee
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee calculated on the product total only (before shipping). Shipping charges are never included in the refund calculation.
Refund = (Product Total − 25% Restocking Fee) • Outbound Shipping = Not Refunded
Restocking fee adjustments (case-by-case)

The restocking fee may be reduced or waived if the customer places a replacement order of equal or greater value. Shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility and the original outbound shipping will not be refunded.

Wrong item shipped

If CasterHQ shipped the wrong product, we will correct the issue and may waive the restocking fee. Contact us promptly with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Manufacturer defect / product failure

If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, our team will review the issue. Because industrial products are application-dependent, we may request application details to confirm the product was used within specifications before determining the appropriate resolution.
